"Smoking"

                        I went out with friends last night and someone mentioned they quit smoking…..I didn’t know people still did that…. I was wondering what that pukey smell was in doorways. It seems they were having a hard time breathing and climbing stairs at the same time. …. Then they said it cost about 12 dollars a pack. OMG, I didn’t know that?…. Don’t they come in cartons of 10...?  I stopped when it was .75 cents a pack..
                       Talking about smoking I remember my dad saying, “It’s a dirty habit“…. Although I think the word he used was filthy. He then went on to explain about the chemicals they spray on the leaves to kill the tobacco worms…. He used to explain how they did stuff. I’m so grateful for that…

"The Bloodlines"

      Its all a diversion.. All these stories are supposed to point everyone in the wrong direction.. Why? Is the question? The real reason, no one knows but think about it! Really think, why the cover up? The answer is in the Bloodlines.. A few years of behind the scenes talking and needing to do something without upsetting the world.. This was the only way, Diana's son had to leave..You have the "Pervert Andrew" that got caught with his pants down that has to be taken care of. However the "Bloodlines" in the Royal family are more important..  He fell in Love and married a beautiful woman whose Mom happens to be Black..  All this nice behavior now on the outside but can you only imagine what happened behind those castle walls? First it was pervert Andrew cohorting with prostitutes. I wonder how his wife is taking this?  Now a Baby (Archie) with Black blood.. Back in Henry VIII time, heads would be rolling....

"Thanksgiving Day"

    My dinner today will consist of Salad, Apple juice and Vegetarian Organic Wheat Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Raviolis. It does not get any better than that.. My gift from the internet this morning was two movies.. The new Robert De Niro, Al Pacino movie "The Irishman" which is 3 hours and 29 minutes long.. Don't miss this movie.. and the new "Downton Abby" movie, gonna start that as soon as I finish this note... So far I'm having a great day.. OK this is what I'm Thankful for..I thank God for my 41 years of continuous sobriety also my 10 years without a cigarette and all the good health that comes with not drinking and smoking.. I'm thankful for my beautiful apartment and the people that live here in my building.. Also that I can write this with a clear mind and really mean every word I write..I have no anger or resentment and I feel happy all the time.. I and Thankful for that all that and many more things... “Priest's Retirement Dinner”

                  Someone sent this to me…………..After thinking about it for about 4 seconds I decided to do a little editing and post it…. The way the politicians are these days it could be a true story…
A Priest was being honored at his retirement dinner after 25 years in the parish. A leading local politician and member of the congregation was chosen to make the presentation and give a little speech at the dinner for the Priest..

However, the politician was delayed, so the Priest decided to say a few words while they waited.

He went to podium and said, “I got my first impression of the parish from the first confession I heard here. At first I thought I had been assigned to a terrible place. The very first person who entered my confessional told me he had stolen a television set and, when questioned by the police, was able to lie his way out of it. He said, he had stolen money from his parents, embezzled from his employer, had an affair with his boss's wife, taken illegal drugs and gave VD to his girlfriend. I was appalled. But as the days went on, I learned that my people were not all like that and I had, indeed, come to a fine parish full of good and loving people”.
Just as the Priest finished his talk, the politician breathlessly arrived full of apologies at being late. He immediately walked to the podium and began to make the presentation and start his talk by saying, “I’ll never forget the first day our parish Priest arrived, In fact, I had the honor of being the first person to go to him for confession”.

                        Moral of this story….. Never, Never, Never Be Late.

I notice Hanoi Jane getting into the spotlight again by getting arrested. Just remember what she did during the Vietnam war... For those too young to remember here is a reminder.. Jane Fonda alias Hanoi Jane, is a Traitor... Many of our veterans still call her “Hanoi Jane” thanks to her radio broadcasts, which attempted to shame American troops. She posed on an anti-aircraft gun used to shoot down our American pilots. She called our POWs hypocrites and liars and referred to their torture as understandable. Even she had to apologize years later for that gun picture, but not for the rest of it. Just Google Jane Fonda and click on pictures.. She is an old lady now, still lives on her Dads name and money and has not made a movie in years..
