        The past and today....  In a country run by Lawyers for Lawyers what do you expect... New Laws are being made that circumvent existing laws to fit the crimes of the politicians, the rich and famous or anybody that fits certain profiles and while we are speaking of the past..... Irony is that Charles Julius Guiteau, Assassin of US President James A. Garfield was hanged 1882. He was 40 years old.. He was also a Lawyer..

Again, I received a brilliant message in an EM and I must pass it along. Its about the things we did when we were young and how the times have changed. I love when people with the same opinion send me neat stuff. I agree with some of this and some I don’t. but it was the way I grew up. Read on while we can still say it……..
TO ALL THE KIDS WHO SURVIVED THE 1930's, 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's!! First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant. They took aspirin, ate blue cheese dressing, tuna from a can and didn't get tested for diabetes. Then after that trauma, we were put to sleep on our tummies in baby cribs covered with bright colored lead-base paints. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, locks on doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had baseball caps not helmets on our heads. As infants & children, we would ride in cars with no car seats, booster seats, seat belts or air bags. Riding in the back of a pick up truck on a warm day was always a special treat. We drank water from the garden hose and not from a bottle. We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and no one actually died from this. We ate cupcakes, white bread, real butter and bacon. We drank Kool-aid made with real white sugar. And, we weren't overweight. WHY? Because we were always outside, playing...that's why! We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on. No one was able to reach us all day. And, we were O.K. We would spend hours building our go-carts out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem. We did not have Play stations, Nintendo and X-boxes. There were no video games, no 150 channels on cable, no video movies or DVDs, no surround-sound or Cd's, no cell phones, no personal computers, no Internet and no chat rooms. WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them! We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no lawsuits from these accidents. We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever. We were given BB guns for our 10Th birthdays, made up games with sticks and tennis balls and, although we were told it would happen, we did not put out very many eyes. We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just walked in and talked to them. Little League had tryouts and not everyone made the team. Those who didn't had to learn to deal with disappointment. Imagine that!! The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law! These generations have produced some of the best risk-takers problem solvers and inventors ever. The past 50 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas. We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned how to deal with it all. If YOU are one of them? CONGRATULATIONS! You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the lawyers and the government regulated so much of our lives for our own good. While you are at it, forward it to your kids so they will know how brave and lucky their parents were. Kind of makes you want to run through the house with scissors, doesn't it ?

Folks that’s the way it was and I am so happy to have I lived through that wonderful time. My Mom and Dad were the best that there ever was and if I had it to do over I would do it again. My first car was a used 1951 Ford that my Dad gave me……No, I bought it for 300 dollars and paid him 15 dollars a week until I paid him back. As we get older we resist change. We fight it and we will do anything to prevent it but we can’t stop it. Change happens whether we want it or not. I guess acceptance is the answer. I guess I can still I still say that

"2014?"

I realize that my posts have been short with a lot of useless information. Lately I haven’t been in the mood for much of anything… I’m tired of all the bad news and senseless political rhetorical chatter and excuses from the politicians and the wanna-be famous. Its like it’s a huge cycle and with the new year beginning its just starting all over again. Not one so-called leader in Washington is saying anything but the usual nonsense. No one is addressing the real issues. Rage, anger, welfare, illegal’s, immigration, crime, homelessness, drug addiction, drug smuggling, fraud in the system or the political corruption. No one is saying anything about the fact that there are too many people jammed into the cities and will talk about crime and over-population. No one will really say anything about conservation, the environment, joblessness, greed, education, bullying, gay issues or the prices of gas and food. No one will say one word about the cops now shooting unarmed people and getting away with it.. They all live in a bubble. They are all Lawyers. All they do is lie about each other. Not one of these morons knows anything about the real feelings of the people. They all went to private schools and were protected from the outside world. What do they know about emotional pain? These are the people that own the summer cottages and private beaches. These are the same Lawyers and Judges that let convicted murderers, if they have enough money, get a new trial. (((Michael Skakel))) They are all liars. I resent them all…Democrat and Republican.
        Ask yourself, when was the last time anyone one of these freaks flew on a airliner with other passengers? Now they all fly with private jets. When was the last time they were searched by an x-ray machine and were embarrassed and had their things pawed through. They all have people that do their flying, driving and shopping. They all have nannies, chefs, servants and public relations people that repair damage or put a spin on a bad story…Now get this, its all paid for by your tax dollar and the Lawyer loopholes and the new rules they made. Not one of these fools really cares about you and me. They have no idea what really happens when you are out of money and your credit cards are maxed out a week before payday and they are going to shut your lights off before you can pay the bill… They don‘t know the hopeless feeling it is when you don‘t have a job because a foreigner took it and you have to borrow money from your parents to heat the house, eat and feed the kids.

            See what I mean, I don’t have to tell you all this stuff. Its all the same and it will never change and to me its so boring because its been going on for years. The people of today are like clones and sheep being led around by the nose. I have been saying it for months…its only going to get worse and it is!… It will never get better and really change and if it does, the problems will still be there, only you will have to pay double for it… While you are doing that you might as well give them a raise and a new fleet of new bullet proof limos. They are going to need them in the future…..

Punishment For Fatal Accident: Driver Will Be Executed

 A driver who killed two bystanders while performing a stunt has received a death sentence from Saudi Arabian authorities. The driver, known as Mutannish in court records, will be beheaded. His death has not yet been scheduled. Mutannish had been engaged in the Saudi pastime of drifting, making his car spin and skid at high speeds, when he lost control and plowed into a crowd of men. The practice is also known as hagwalah, and also can include purposely driving in the wrong direction. The video shows an examples of the practice.

Comment.... In Saudi Arabia they call it thrill seeking and its becoming a major problem. Check out the video that comes with this link...Rumor has it that the Connecticut State Police will be executing some of the crazy Bastards here on Route 95 in Connecticut..But that's just a rumor...Seriously check this videos! It looks like they are making a movie...I guess these guys are finding a way to spend all the money we spend for gas. I can't think of a better way to do it than to get yourself executed. Do you still get all those Virgins if you get executed? If they keep this up some shyster lawyer will figure out a way for you to get them......I absolutely love it! Keep it up guys, stories like this just make my day....  

"DWI - 4th of July"

The Fourth of July is almost upon us. It is the week that the cops check for drunk drivers and people who don’t use set belts. In Connecticut it’s $92 dollars for a set belt violation and handcuffs if you don’t pass the sobriety test. Its what happens after you are caught drinking and driving (DWI) that it gets really expensive. First after you are arrested they have your car towed away while you go to jail. No, they don’t bring the car to your house even if you ask them to. To get your car back you have to pay the wrecker charges at the impound lot. AAA does not work in these cases. Then there is your mug shot and finger prints. Yes, they do that to. That’s before you call someone to bail you out of jail or hire a bondsman to give them the money. Try to explain that to your wife, kids, parents or your best friend. At your first court appearance after about a month of worry and anxiety, you will need a lawyer which will cost you a retainer fee or the State will provide a lawyer for you. You are not a famous person so you will not get away with this crime. The lawyer will be there primarily to explain what will happen to you. These days that could cost you $5000 dollars. This is a routine arrest for the cops and they won’t make mistakes during your arrest. Don’t look for loopholes explaining these court appearances to your boss if you still have a job. To try and get time off is a whole other story. The first offense usually doesn’t mean jail but you never know how the judge will be feeling that day. He will send you to Alcohol school or he just might want to use you as an example. Putting your fate in someone else’s hands is not my idea of having a good day. A fine for a DWI is not cheap and if you can’t pay, guess what? Right, its off to jail with you in those handcuffs all over again. All this is only the beginning of the problems and issues you will have. This is a felony and if you are convicted, years later it will come back to haunt you. If you are looking for a job that has a security clearance and today with all the cameras and trust issues, what job doesn’t? I know you learn a lot a things by experience but this is one experience you don’t want to learn by. I don’t drink but I do have an issue with seat belts…Well, even I will hook up my belt this week because its getting too expensive not to. All this will happen and more even if its your first offense. If its your second don’t plan to get out of jail on this long fourth of July week any time soon. Happy Fourth…

 Because I ride a bicycle and have for years...I always think of the drunk driver or the drugged up driver that goes by me very close and too fast on a narrow road. Like its so important to get somewhere that fast. At least we have one off the road. This is dedicated to Tara Sylvester 22, of 22 Impala Drive, Enfield Connecticut who was charged with operating a car under the influence of alcohol after hitting a 53 year old cyclist Jay Albert, of 30 Hillside Street, Apt. C2, East Hartford. This happened in Warehouse Point Connecticut last Saturday....He is in critical condition this morning and needs your prayers...

"President For a Few Days" Part Two

                This is part two of a three part series on how to fix the American Economy..


No Lawyers of any kind will be allowed to run for any Federal or State office for the next 10 years. There will be no postponements or delays of any kind for any trial. Reduce the health benefits to all federal employees. Cancel all health benefits to Congressmen and Senators with more than 4 years of service. Make it mandatory that Congress and the Senate pay for their own Health Insurance. Cancel pensions to the same unless they have 20 years service and are 62 years old. There are no exceptions. From this moment on a 25% pay reduction to all Federal employees. No exceptions. All Federal aid to States will be stopped for Welfare or food stamps and only people who have been citizens of this country for 10 years will be eligible for Welfare and food stamps. No exceptions. There will be no Federal or State bail outs of any type for anyone. No exceptions. From this moment the Treasury Dept. will stop the printing of U.S. currency for 5 years. Reduce the Federal work force by 30% over the next year. No exceptions. Reduce the Federal car pool by 75% over the next year...All contracts to build special motor vehicles or aircraft is cancelled. Reduce the Pentagon staff by 50% over the next year. Reduce Military spending by 50% over the next 6 months ...There will be No more Private Jet flights for any reason. No exceptions. All and any air fare to anywhere will be paid for by the person making the flight. No exceptions. No reimbursements for Federal employees for any reasons. All government credit cards will turned in and destroyed. All multi millionaires with over 3 million dollars will pay a 50% tax on all assets. Billionaires are not exempt they will pay a 75% tax on all assets. All oil imported from anywhere will be stopped. All oil companies with wells within 1500 miles of the U.S. mainland will reduce the price of the barrel of oil by 75% or be shut down. No exceptions. All oil from Alaska will be shipped to the mainland United States. No Exceptions. A 200% import tax will be levied on all imports from China or anywhere else. No exceptions. Any environmental damage due to oil spills or for any reason will be paid for in full by the oil company with a 100% penalty tax. No exceptions. Anyone found responsible for environmental damage will be arrested for Terrorism and executed if found guilty. That includes the CEO’s and mid level management of all oil companies. All suspected Terrorists that enter this country to cause harm to any American will be shot immediately. Any bonuses paid to anyone with Federal or tax dollars constitutes fraud and they will be prosecuted to full extent of the law. No foreign cars will be allowed to be imported into the U.S. No exceptions. No American cars will exported. All American Drug companies will reduce the price of all medication by 95%. The retirement age for Seniors will be returned to 62 with a full Government Social Security pension.

There will be a Ban all television commercials starting immediately. Ban all suggestive material which includes music and video games designed to entice teenagers to be violent, have sex or use drugs. Anyone caught importing drugs from any country into the U.S. will be arrested for attempted murder. This includes the street drug dealers or anybody that has anything to do with illegal drugs. No exceptions. Any drug addict who wants help can have it as long as they deem it necessary. It will paid for in full by the money that will be confiscated from any and all the countries that have drug money in any bank in the U.S. Treatment is free to citizens only. Then I woke up……………..Think this is Extreme and a fantasy? I would be the first one to agree with you. If this or any part of this is done, I believe the smiles you don’t see anymore would come back. There would be less crowded roads and highways. It would be less crowded everywhere. The air would be clean. Can you imagine looking up at night and seeing the stars again? Did you know there is so much pollution that your kids have never seen the stars the way it was? Can you imagine drinking the water out of the faucet in a real glass instead of a plastic bottle? Can you imagine getting gas at your local gas station and seeing a High School kid named John instead of Abdul working the cash register? Can you remember when you heard the name Mohamed you thought of a Heavy Weight Champion instead of a bomb blast somewhere? Gas would be $49.9 cents a gallon the way its supposed to be. People would trust one another again. A deal sealed with a hand shake would work instead of signing 6 copies. Families would stay together instead of being torn apart and ruined by alcoholism, drug abuse and teen pregnancy. Honesty and morals would be a mainstay and the thing to do. Love would be what real love is supposed to be about and not just a passing desire for a few years or until you are tired of one another. Marriage would be when, “Through sickness and health” meant just that. The perfect family where Dad works and Mom watches the kids just might reappear. Maybe the kids would be outside playing in the yard instead going on the internet or playing video games. Just maybe a movie would be shown without a gun or death in it. Yes, and to all you people that will say this country was founded by certain principles, your right but most of those principles don’t exist anymore. You are right though, I would be the first to tell you the old words to the Constitution are there but Lawyers and corruption have changed and twisted the words to make them be whatever they want them to be. It seems we are so busy fixing the world problems we are not watching what is happening in our own back yard. Our country is growing faster than our coping skills can handle it. Maybe it would take some tough decisions and limit setting to fix things but right now the United States is not United. Right now, it has no future. If you think it does, you have been blinded by all the lies and manipulation. If the United States continues on the path it is going, well you think about it.
