Took these pictures in 2019.. Seaside has been in the news lately so I thought I would share them with you.. The last picture is the view of Long Island sound.. Looking out to the ocean on the left across a small channel is Ocean Beach in New London Connecticut.
Seaside Asylum in Waterford Ct. was originally built to treat kids with Tuberculosis but used as an
elderly home, medical hospital, and a facility to treat the mentally
handicap. It has been closed since the 90's and is set to become
Connecticut's newest Sate Park.
