"On Dec. 2, the U.S. House Ethics Committee will decide if it wants a full examination of whether U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-2nd) — the acknowledged “Senate Candidate A” prominently mentioned in former Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s indictment — engaged in questionable, or even illegal, conduct for which he must account.
Unless the committee is making pointless noise, it appears it will proceed with its inquiry — suspended for months at the Justice Department’s request while Blagojevich was tried and convicted of corruption."
