"Stop&Shop is Price Gouging"

In my area the Westerly Rhode Island Stop and Shop has a sign above the day old bread and pastry  50% off.. Thank you for keeping it that way........


All the rest of the stores in my area are 33%... I don't know who thought of this but this is pure Greed in its lowest form.. Who is Stop and Shop hurting you may ask? First its the Seniors. Its one of the first places they look for a treat they can afford.. Then its the homeless, the disabled and welfare people. You know, the real ones without the food stamps and have very little money..

"Chelsea Groton Bank" - DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

            

Do you save your change? I mean when you get home from work do you have change in your pocket like a few quarters, nickles, dimes and penny's? Do you put them in a bank or in a jar to save for a rainy day? I learned from my Dad many years ago to do this. Well, for the first time ever Chelsea Groton Bank in Groton Connecticut wanted to charge me 3 percent of my fifty dollars in coins to turn my coins in. I surprised the lady who did this by saying she should have told me before she put the change into the machine so she decided she couldn't charge me. She didn't charge me this time but I will never bring anymore coins to that bank.
             Contagious Greed has its slimy fingers everywhere now. I've been a customer of that bank for 4 years and at times used 4 branches. Most times the tellers have that blank stare or that aloof look like they have the social skills of a ground mole. Needless to say, I am very angry. I will never ever suggest or tell anyone to use this Bank. I never said anything because at times people do have a bad day but there are also times I have been treated rudely, sometimes ignored and now I feel dirty like a scum that has its greasy hand in my pocket.

Please, I implore you! Do not use this bank....

"A Milestone"

                    

    Its been almost 3 years and I still don't watch TV…..I guess there is a science to giving up something…  Something addicting that is?… Until they banned cigarette commercials. They programmed you to smoke and it turned out to be addicting and millions of smokers died of lung cancer and related diseases. How long will it be before they ban beer commercials. Did you notice there are no Hard Liquor commercials? What about beer, it does the same thing?…Drink too much and they say, “You are having fun“. They want you to believe you are having fun and you think you are. Ask yourself If its so much fun how come you suffer the next day if you drink too much?  Now the Greedy Bastards sell beer on Sundays here in Connecticut. That way they can get you to do more crazy things for the 11 o’clock news and guess what? (((Spend more money)))…Well, as for me, I feel better each day by not watching television and those insane commercials. I think if I write about it gets easier. Anyway, in a sense I have not been watching for a long time. I was turning it on but muting the commercials but now, even when you mute everything there are hidden commercials. You can’t do that anymore. I have to shut it off. These days watching television is not good for your mental health and behavior…I know they have been using it to reach into your mind. Not only watching every move you make in the stores but using the plastic bar code cards to keep tract of what you buy…Now you feel compelled to spend money you don’t have by way of the television…All you Moms that plant your kids in front of the TV to give them something to do…The Bastards are programming your kids to do, God only knows what? In a sense you are allowing strangers to mess with your kids mind.  Here is a test to see if they are being brainwashed…Shut it off and tell them to go out and play…I don’t have to tell you what the result will be. Do I? Try it yourself. Don’t watch TV, go to the park. Take a bike ride. Put on some commercial free music on the stereo. If you can’t do this for even a day you have been programmed..

I'm Done"

 Everything has to end and now its time for me to start a new phase in my life. I am shutting off this Google blog. I'm going back to basics.. The link to my new page is below. Its going to be about me and only me. Its about good news and the good things happening in my life. ... I can't go on writing about the sick things going on in this insane world and what is left of my country...  All the wars, death, corrupt politicians and lawyers. ...  I can't handle it ...  We don't live in a country anymore its a business comprised of selfishness and greed. ... "The Proof is Everywhere"

Each morning I get what they call a "Google Alert Email Alert"...What happens is I is pick the topic or name of a person and they send me all the information about that person or event in the form of an EM. This happens once a day or how ever how many times I want it..I also get Em's and updates from most of the local newspaper news or local channel headline news. I do this because I don't watch television news. Sometimes but very rarely I watch sports on TV.....After getting these alerts for a while I discovered its the same news every day...Its exactly the same, I couldn't believe it...Its always all about the most outrageous things people do to each other, their pets, wives, kids or mothers and fathers...The question is, do we really need to know these very disturbing things? I noticed the only thing different is the names and the towns and cities they come from. It never changes it just goes and on and on. Why are people acting out with this kind of behavior you may ask?

     Yes, there are some sick people but the United States is not a happy place and it hasn't been for a long time. The trigger is things are changing faster than people can cope...Its the Trillions of dollars of National Debt but its mostly the hurtfully high gas prices. Do you really know how much a Trillion of anything is let alone a Billion? Paying $4.00 a gallon for something worth maybe .50 cents a gallon, if that. American Politicians will not say a word about that...Why?.. Because Washington with all its lawyer manipulation and legal corruption in the form of donations from oil company's and God only knows who else, that's why. Its because of greed and self interest and if they can't steal it they just legalize it and take it anyway. That's why. We are at a point where I don't have to prove anything saying what I say. Just look around you! The proof is everywhere.

     Of coarse then there are the decaying morals and family values of the younger generation. Think about that son and daughter you may have or your little niece and nephew. There are young kids somewhere in your family. If you don't have any, think about your friends son and daughter. Who will they be having sex with in say, 2 years, 5 years or 10 years? Well, actually the question should be how many guys will she be having sex with? How many young girls will he be having sex with?...That TV in your house is programing them constantly. Its always saying everybody does it, why not you? Over and over It is saying to your kids you can't have real fun unless you drink alcohol and use drugs. Do you think it can't happen to your son and your daughter? Wanna bet? Take the time to check and see what they are doing on that laptop you bought for them for school...

 And lastly, Government spending and Welfare are out of control  The Foreign aid alone is outrageous.. Bail outs? You have got to be kidding, The Banks and the Stock Market have very few rules. What rules they have if you can call them that, have been stretched to the limit. A Lawyer will just manipulate the words to fix the problem. No one will take responsibility. No one will make the tough decisions. What I just wrote here just scratches the surface.They just talk, talk, and more talk. Its all about those deals and with who..You just pay and pay. It cannot continue. Lines have to be drawn. It can't last. Something is going to happen. The United States government is in serious trouble. Something has to give...Do you remember when stories ended with, "And they lived happily ever after"? Well, ...... "That will never happen now...

"Cut Throat Society"

         Save your money because the way it is these days with all this greed we are being conned, scammed and what I call “Over informationized” < (new word) It means bombarded with useless information from everywhere. Knowledge in the form of confusion that we will never use or even think about is now planted in our minds. We are being flooded with fast talking hypestirs < (another new word) from all over the world watching us with bar codes and computers to study for any possible way to trick us, convince us, sell to us or even to play to our sympathy’s for donations and money. They will even pay publicists to start rumors that will make us want to give or confuse us enough so they can take our money…Each day, you will be hum drummed into listening to the countless commercials on the radio in your car or TV (if you can still stand to watch it) trying to convince you buy something you don’t need. From cars to the expensive cell phones with the high monthly payments to computers, lottery tickets and clothes. Once they hook you on these things its too late. They are like those sleazy back alley drug dealers doing everything they can to make you come back and spend. Its been going on for years only now its worse than it ever was. Advertising agencies thrive on the millions of dollars you spend on things you really don‘t need or thought you wanted. They will literally do anything to make you think you want and need things. They will use every dirty trick in the book and some that aren't written yet to convince you to use technology, look prettier, feel better, be stronger, slimmer, healthier while telling you constantly its OK to be good to yourself. What they really want you to do is think they care but all they want is for you is to spend that last nickel and max out your all your credit cards. All they want is your last dollar for their bottom line…
   Please, keep this in mind before you buy anything or spend any money. I had a good job and never had to worry. It was that way in the past and if you had a good job and if you did it well you could be reasonably sure that you would have it long enough to retire. Those days are gone and now there are no guarantees. I call it a "cut throat society" and I don’t care who you are, because of greed and selfishness you could lose your job tomorrow. Those charges you have on your credit cards will not go away. Interest will accumulate every day whether you have a job or not, you still have to pay for that. All the rules about bankruptcy have changed. Those mortgage payments, loans, health care, rent, car payments, federal and state taxes all still have to be paid…  No matter what the government says or how they word it, gas is still $4 dollars a gallon with the summer travel season just around the corner. If you can still afford it you mustn't forget that you will get that really high vacation bill. Miss one payment for anything and the constant phone calls, letters from creditors and lawyers will begin. They will take your car away.The police will come to evict you. You can't imagine how many kids had to move back to their parents house with the new baby... The only guarantee is, that you will have thoughts of suicide…. Save your money, don’t buy anything unless you absolutely need it. Never, never be afraid to say, "I can't afford it". A good rule of thumb is, if you don’t have the money to pay cash, don’t buy it…You will survive and today that’s about all anyone can expect...

In 2010 Willie bit my left leg. I was rushing around the house getting ready to go somewhere and out of a clear blue sky he got mad and bit my leg about 8 inches above the ankle...Well, its 2012 now and I've since forgiven him but time moves on... 

    Now it looks like there will no changes or progress in this country for the next four years. Things will stay the same as they are. Greed is still alive and well and flourishing. He won the election and now we see what will happens when he has nothing to lose. I feel a strange sadness because the downhill spiral will continue, only faster and there is nothing we can do. No predictions here, its just same crap on a different day. You lost your chance to do something about it. Now remember, if you can't afford it, use that Master card to buy happiness and charge it. Max out that card because your country needs that..and don't forget to keep those Billions of dollars of aid flowing to all those strange country's.  Good luck out there you will need all the luck you can get....For now that's it. I almost can't wait to see what happens...

"Its Human Evolution"

I'm sick of those stupid car commercials....I’m raising my voice here…People are not buying cars because they have maxed out their credit cards. No one with a brain buys a car in the winter unless they have too and there are too many cars and not enough road. Its because no one has any money left because of the high gas prices so people will make their cars last longer.. Any over paid greedy CEO should know this and compensate. They do things to make us feel guilty so they will close the plants down and lay off all those people. Do not feel sorry for these morons. Its human evolution. Its an example of wants and needs. Anyone with a brain knew this was going to happen when the greedy gas companies messed with the oil prices. I watch and see all the people who are like Gerbils desperately going around in their little wheels, going nowhere. The Feds say they will be raising the taxes on Beer and Alcohol. See what I mean, now the alcoholics will be paying for not only for ruining their lives but for all the mistakes our government and greed have made.

"Salty Language"

           It was another hot day yesterday…All winter long I complained about the cold…Well, not complained just, well yes, complained and whined…No more! I’m not going to say anything about the weather..

Comment…..Example of Greed out of control...Delta Airlines charging our soldiers who are coming home from risking their lives in those Hellholes over there $200 for the extra duffel bag. The government said they (that means we) will pick up the tab. I wonder who the ass-wipe was that thought of that charge…It must have been some dope in a staff meeting somewhere?…Duh…

No comment on the Anthony case except that I feel really bad for that beautiful little kid….

Comment…Posting a picture of your body parts on an Internet Social page is a really stupid thing to do. There is no other way to say it.. This is an example of the kind of fool who makes decisions about the future of our country and what kind of money to spend on what and where. He is the laughing stock of the political world. Plus, he’s so ego driven that he won’t resign. Hell, I can’t imagine not resigning. How does he justify this behavior to his pregnant wife and unborn child. This guy has no pride or morals. He should be fired or impeached or what ever they do to these idiots…When I hear his name I can only think of a Weiner showing pictures of his Weener…World wide humiliation. Even the Taliban is laughing at him…Think about that! What is the attraction about that Congress job? Prestige, ego? Someone should ask his Mother and Father what they think about his behavior and if that is the way they brought him up? Hey, dumb ass. Who do you think you are?  Bill Clinton? It has to be self interest because he certainly doesn’t care about the people. On Dave the other night he was the “Butt” of all the jokes…Now, I heard there are new nude pictures! His colleagues should check how old the girls are that he sent his nude pictures to. They should also check his “Hard” drive for Porn…This guy is a pervert and he should be on some kind of pervert watch list. Like, “Warning”, don’t let this loser give any speeches in your school.

Comment…..The price of gas went up again and our wonderful President is still doing nothing about it. I don’t know too much about this story, I just caught the tail end of it on NPR but Yelling here>>>“Its not my job to know”. It seems there was a disagreement in the negotiations they are having about how much to rape the American people at the gas pump….I actually feel dirty when I buy gas. I hate giving those Bastards anything. I hate that this country allows them to hurt us like this.

Comment..….Doesn’t the television networks realize that there are too many commercials on in the morning. Morning Hell, all day….Boring and repetitive, geared to the weak minded, designed to have people max out their already maxed out credit cards and to take money from people who don’t have any money…Television is to the point of embarrassment themselves. Hey, greedy producers! Can you imagine how many people mute the TV? Personally, I mute the TV in the morning and I don’t watch TV at night. If you are so good with statistics you figure out why.  

"Holidays"

This is a letter I sent yesterday in response to a friend of mine about her thoughts about this Holiday Season.

Wow, I’m glad you got all that off your chest…Baby, as you get older the less and less you will actually want to be involved in the hum-drum of the Holidays. Its not the way it was and it will never be. We had it the best. Those dinners we made for Thanksgiving will never be the same, we did it the best and have the memories to prove it. Don’t try to make it like it was, it’s a waste of time. Christmas? Again, we had the best. Very few, if any people today have no time for tradition. They know nothing of the Baby Jesus. They don’t know what that is or how beautiful it is. When we gave a gift to someone it meant something. The only thoughts we had were to make someone genuinely happy. Greed was not the modification. I hate, I literally hate what its become…All the stores, black Friday. Its all bait and gimmicks to get people in the stores to max out their credit cards. People are so blind with greed they can’t see the marked up prices and will buy things for themselves and spend money they haven’t got for gifts that no one cares about. Now more stores are open on Thanksgiving and they want to sell booze on Sundays. Its all about greed and taking your money. I will not be called a consumer. Its demeaning and degrading. I only buy what I need, when I need it and only if I need it.…I will never, ever help pay for the debt this country is in or spend so someone can fatten their bank account. Only so they can say they have more money than the next person. Today its all about the ability to take your money so they can say they did. They lie, cheat and steal in Washington and it goes on from coast to coast in every State. Illinois has been notorious for that for years. You know that. Just look at your ex-governor. Welfare is out of control and you are paying for all those illegal’s that are working those minimum wage jobs in fast food. Yes, the jobs the high school kids should have but the illegal’s have so they qualify for medical and welfare money from the State. I am hearing talk now about your Social Security. As it is, the Seniors have not had a meager cost of living adjustment in 3 years. Think about that! When can you retire? Better look into it…I think you will be working till your 68 or 70. Who wants to hire a person that age? Can you hold a job that long? Believe me you won’t want to do that. Its really bad out there…You can take that to the bank. Its about all you will be able to take. Thank you for your nice long letter….I love it…
