"Stuart Levine testified Monday under cross examination by Cellini defense attorney Dan Webb that his memory loss may be due to decades of drug use. Levine is the only witness who has claimed direct knowledge of Cellini's alleged part in a conspiracy to squeeze the Oscar-winning producer of "Million Dollar Baby" for campaign money for then-Gov. Rod Blagojevich."
