"Gas Prices"

When I went out this morning I noticed the gas prices went up again around the shoreline of Connecticut to $4.05 and some places to $4.20 a gallon. No word yet from Washington or Obama when they will be doing something about these outrageous prices. I guess they don't consider this important enough. It looks like the oil companies have really bought and paid for all the greedy millionaire's running for office and the Politicians in Washington...It also looks like the campaign donations and corruption are taking their toll on the American people...I will never understand what the Bastards think they are going to do with all the profit? In the short life span they have there is no way to spend all that money...I wouldn't want to be held responsible for heartache, misery and fear they are causing in this country. This isn't over either.  If Obama is reelected I have a feeling you will be paying $5 to $7 dollars a gallon. The graph below goes as far as 2011. Keep in mind that its Billions of dollars....This is a very, very sick country.....
 

"Marijuana and Cigarettes"

 This is the expanded version of a response to someone who sent me a Facebook message after I made this comment on a local newspaper page showing me statistics and numbers about other country's that condone medical marijuana...Sorry but I get a little upset when people with no brains try to bullshit me....

Yes, its common knowledge and common sense that tells me if I smoke cigarettes or marijuana the noxious fumes and chemicals will shorten my life span…The human lungs were designed to breath normal air. Not the poisonous fumes and chemicals that come from marijuana or cigarettes. I don’t need statistics and numbers to tell me that. Why do I need to get high by smoking marijuana? I like myself and I love life and everything about it...Why do you need to suck this cancer into your lungs? For pain? That’s as good excuse as any. Take an aspirin you moron...When you are 60. If you live that long? You will be the smelly, pale old man with emphysema holding on to a green oxygen tank riding around Walmart on that electric handicap cart spending your welfare check. Any Politician that would vote to make this poison legal does not care about you or the young people that will someday smoke this garbage. Those officials like our Governor from Connecticut are corrupt and not saying why they would vote to let this happen but I know its always about the money. Somewhere along the line its self interest that motivates these Bastards. And the comment about other country's?  I don’t care what goes on in other countries they can all smoke themselves to death or blow themselves up! This is America! My Grandkids live here and I don’t want them turning into drug addicts like you or people like you….

“The Shortest Way of Getting There”

Today I think I’ll go to the store and get steak and salad for dinner. Its going to rain later so then Ill watch movies on the internet. I was thinking that maybe in a few weeks of going go to real movies in a theater. Maybe I’ll even take someone with me. The thing is I like to pick the movies I go to and I’m an action adventure guy. I noticed a sign yesterday $3.69 a gallon for gas. Thank God Summer is coming, I won’t use the car that much although I sort of like it when there are no cars on the street. That happened the last time that the price of gas went so high. Isn't it funny how the most powerful nation in the world is brought to their knees by a few greedy people. Now that’s control for you. What’s more funny is our corrupt leaders here in the United States do absolutely nothing about it. The look at us like we are sheep being lead to slaughter. They absolutely don’t care about the people. I mind about the gas prices but what bothers me more is the way I know they laugh at us and even more that they let it happen and the poor people suffer. Now you have to make a choice of where to go and finding the shortest way of getting there. I’m starting to get my bike ready for the summer. Cleaning it and putting air in the tires. Yesterday I even tried on a pair of shorts. Guess what? Next weekend, here on the east coast we are changing the time. Spring ahead fall back. I can’t wait. More light till 7:30 or 8 o’clock.. More light means more heat…let the healing begin…Its almost time to get my beach pass.

The news is, I am looking at a new place to live. Shoreline yes, close to where I live now but more in the woods. Its very quiet and less populated. You can even hear the wind blowing in the trees. I am going to apply Tuesday. Stayed tuned for that..
