"A panel of outside advisers to the FBI is seeking a broader definition of rape. At a closed-door meeting in Baltimore of the panel which ended on Wednesday, the panel recommended inclusion of anal and oral sex in the definition of rape.
The group also proposed to include the two sex acts regardless of the victim’s or suspect’s gender. Current definition includes only vaginal intercourse and attempts to force sexual intercourse on a woman."
