Lawyers for Casey Anthony have called on her Fifth Amendment right a remarkable 60 times during a defamation case against her. Anthony's lawyer Charles Green repeatedly invoked her right against self-incrimination, as Anthony was questioned last month via video link.
CNN reported that Mr Green stressed he would also invoke the Fifth for questions regarding her daughter Caylee’s death."
