They forgot to mention if this is true there are less drunks on the road. Then of coarse like the girl in the video says...Not many people have jobs to have money to buy beer.......I say the reality is having to buy beer and gas at $4.00 a gallon with no job and only welfare and an employment check make impossible for anyone with a half a brain left to buy beer....
