"Cliff Robertson, the handsome movie actor who played John F. Kennedy in "PT-109," won an Oscar for "Charly" and was famously victimized in a 1977 Hollywood forgery scandal, died Saturday. He was 88. His secretary of 53 years, Evelyn Christel, said he died in Stony Brook of natural causes a day after his 88th birthday."
He was in a movie in 1975 with Robert Redford..."Three days of the Condor". Its one of my favorites. Its a CIA movie...One of the last lines in the movie, Robertson's character says, "Its about the oil and they will pay anything to get it"....That was in 1975...I'll never forget that...Look at what is happening today 36 years later..
