Blagojevich Appeal Process Underway « CBS St. Louis: "CHICAGO (AP) — Attorneys for Rod Blagojevich have formally begun the process of appealing the former Illinois governor’s conviction and prison sentence.
They did so in a court filing late yesterday, notifying the U.S. District Court in Chicago that they intended to appeal to a higher court."
Comment....If every thing goes as expected. This bastard should get out of jail when he 65 just in time to retire...He'd better keep up his Social Security payments...If he hasn't stolen them, that is......
