"Rod Blagojevich's lawyers will be back in court this morning in an attempt to win a new trial for the former governor.On Friday, Blagojevich's legal team filed an emergency motion alleging the jury forewoman in his second trial flouted the judge's orders that juror questionnaires be kept under seal and confidential."
