"ESPN's most famous sideline reporter has filed a lawsuit seeking a total of $10 million in damages for what happened at the West End Marriott Hotel, near the Vanderbilt campus, according to the Tennessean. The lawsuit contends she suffered invasion of privacy, negligence and infliction of emotional stress and seeks $6 million from the hotel and $4 million from Michael Barrett, who last year was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in federal prison for stalking Andrews and filming her in hotel rooms through peepholes."
Comment.....I don't go for some of the frivolous lawsuits of these days when people sue someone just because they can or some crooked nickle and dime lawyer says to do it...This however was a blatant evasion of her privacy in that room and that was sacred....I hope she gets every penny she asks for and more. The Bastard that did this to her deserves it....
