Casey Anthony Civil Case: Judge Mulls Attorneys' Requests - Orlando News Story - WESH Orlando

 A judge may decide whether an accuser's attorneys should know where Casey Anthony lives Monday.

The civil case against Anthony is expected to go to trial next month. Now, attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want to be sure Casey Anthony will be there for it.

The attorneys have asked Judge Lisa Munyon for Anthony's address, in case they plan to serve her with a subpoena."We subpoena people for trial all the time, " attorney Keth Mitnik said. "This is just her wanting to be treated different once again."Anthony's attorneys said she is undecided on whether she plans to attend the 2-week trial.Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation. She says Anthony ruined her reputation when she said a nanny with the same name kidnapped her daughter 2-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony in 2008.
