HARTFORD, CT (WFSB/AP) -
State court records show Gov. Dannel P. Malloy intends to file a protective order against a fellow Democrat who is suing him for alleged slander. The records show the governor will be filing a motion for the protective order against U.S. Senate candidate Lee Whitnum on Tuesday in Stamford Superior Court. It is unclear why the Governor is seeking the protective order. It could be for a number of reasons and not just for threats or stalking. Protective orders also are used to keep someone from destroying evidence or talking to a witness in a court case.
Comment......Did you know that its so bad out there that even our Governor is seeking a protective 0rder from someone for something. Lots of bad stuff happening out there. Gas unaffordable for some people. Piles of money being stolen, white power in the mail and now protective orders against a fellow Democrat...
