FBI Arrests Suspected Terrorist In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA - A stunned Philly neighborhood is wondering how a suspected homeland security threat wound up living next door. The FBI has been watching this guy for the past year. Little did the people here in Port Richmond know their neighbor may have been sending money to terrorists targeting troops in Afghanistan.
Bakhtiyor Jumaev, 45, was arrested Thursday morning at his Port Richmond home on the 3100 block of Richmond.
