Bus driver......Ophadell Williams pleaded not guilty Thursday to 15 counts each of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, plus reckless driving, assault and third-degree unlicensed driving. How'd you like to wake in the morning looking at those charges...This guy is a total moron or he just doesn't care about anybody......
