"Man Accused Of Killing His Newlywed Wife Ordered To Stay Close"

Norwalk, Conn. Man Accused Of Killing His Newlywed Wife Ordered To Stay Close To Home - Courant.com

A Connecticut man accused of fatally shooting his newlywed wife of 3 weeks is free on $1 million bond, but has been ordered to stay close to home.
Chihan "Eric" Chyung, who has relatives in Korea, was ordered Wednesday by a New London Superior Court judge to surrender his passport and have no contact with his late wife's family. Court records say he lives in Norwalk.
The Day of New London and The Bulletin report that prosecutors asked for the conditions after Chyung's unexpected prison release.

Comment....An unprecedented million dollars bond for murder? Its unheard of in this State and I think everywhere. The bondsmen said he would be monitored by GPS...The parents of the dead girl have been waiting for 3 years for this to come to trial. They were in court when this guy was set free. I can't imagine the pain?
