Deciphering Mixed Messages On Drinking And Health : NPR

Deciphering Mixed Messages On Drinking And Health : NPR:

"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has found that binge drinking, usually associated with young people, is an issue among adults as well. And the University of Connecticut recently found Dr. Dipak Das, who studied an ingredient in red wine, had falsified data on its benefits."

Comment.....And they just figured out that drinking to access is not good for you? Think about this! I'm willing to bet that you know of one family member that has a drinking problem. Not someone that will admit that but someone that you see that on occasion drinks to much and ether makes a fool out of him or herself or gets in trouble. I could go on and on with the symptoms but the bottom line here is Alcohol is a mind altering drug and highly addictive. If you drink too much for too long you will die just like a drug addict. One of the warning signs are if you are sick in the morning and don't remember clearly what you did the night before you have a problem...If you do this often and can't stop even if you say you will you probably have a drinking problem...Did you know you don't need to drink alcohol to have a good time? The people that sell this drug want you buy it for greed and so they can make money...They don't care if you live or die. Your family does.
