The lawsuit filed in Chicago today charges that Mr Gingrich has been unlawfully playing the athletic anthem Eye of the Tiger by the band Survivor, which was immortalised in the film Rocky III. The suit was brought by Rude Music, Inc., a company owned by Survivor songwriter and guitarist Frankie Sullivan. "
