Windsor Locks Police Commission Considers Discipline For Sergeant - Windsor Locks-East Windsor, CT Patch:

"Members of the Windsor Locks Police Commission Tuesday began deliberating on a discipline recommendation for Sgt. Robert Koistinen, who’s charged with interfering with the investigation of the October 29, 2010 fatal car accident in which his son, Michael, was allegedly driving." (They forgot to say allegedly drunk driving)

Comment.....This is a story of a Dad (Cop Boss) who from what I understand was trying to cover up for his son (Small town police officer) who worked for the same town... Nepotism for sure but the son, from what they say was drunk when he hit and killed a 15 year boy on the intersection of Spring and West street in that small town. The young boy was riding his bicycle at night. We all know it looks like a typical cop cover up. Except for those pesky witnesses they might have pulled it off. Of coarse now we have those small town Shyster lawyers making sure that these two almost ex-cops rights aren't being violated. I wonder if the 15 year boy that was hit and killed by the cop is worried about his rights. The citizens want them (Cops) fired..It has to to with trust...Of coarse they are only citizens (Sheep) and doesn't matter that much except for getting votes...The way I feel these days is they (Cops) father and son should have be fired (without pay) and Dad should have been arrested...Its a confusing issue....OMG there I go, I said issue...That's where I came in. I've got to go now...
