The United States is offering a bounty of up to $10 million for the Pakistani man accused of masterminding the deadly 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai.

The State Departments "Rewards for Justice website on late Monday announced the reward for information leading to Hafiz Mohammad Saeed's capture and conviction.

Saeed is the founding member of the Pakistani-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba, which is suspected of carrying out several terrorist attacks on Indian soil.

Comment....Not a million, not 3 million not 5 million but 10 million dollars...Was this money donated by the Indian government or the AMERICAN taxpayers...What is the name of the government official that authorized this reward? Didn't the American taxpayers have a say in this decision? What gives that person the right to give tax dollars this reward?..Yet, did you know there people here in the United States that have to choose whether to buy gas for their cars or grocery's for their family......Yes, I know what you are thinking? This is an insane world...
