Jerrell Dorsey, of the 1600 block of North Laramie Avenue, Chicago was charged with first degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm charges and is expected to appear in bond court on Sunday, police said. A 26-year-old alleged gang member has been charged with the fatal shooting of Heaven Sutton, the 7-year-old girl who was selling candy with her mother near her North Austin neighborhood home moments before a stray bullet struck her in the back last week.
